Please bear with us by reading the following terms and conditions before making your purchase with us:

1. Kindly note that goods sold are non-refundable
2. Price shown is non inclusive of mailing charge
3. Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via ATM Transfer/Internet Banking.
   
4. Orders will be processed once we have received your full payment.
5. No refunds will be given as items are strictly checked before dispatching. We will not hold responsible for any loss of mail or imperfect condition of the items. Refunds will only be returned if the items are out of stock.
6. Communications will be done only through emails. Do check regularly for any updates.

The distribution of items will be done via mailing:

• Mail Postage Service - There are 2 mailing options (Normal/Registered) available for you to choose from.
  • Normal Mail - The standard postage service which takes up to 3-4 days for the delivery to reach your mailbox.
    
  • Registered Mail - The more secured and faster(2-3 days) mode of postage service which will almost 99.99% guarantee the delivery right to your doorstep.

$1.50 for normal mailing
$3.00 for registered mailing
